China Quality Certification Centre Releases Energy-Saving Certification Technical Specifications and Certification Rules for LED Lighting Products

On December 28, 2010, the China Quality Certification Centre (CQC) issued four energy-saving certification rules for LED lighting products as follows:

　　1) CQC31-465315-2010 "Energy-Saving Certification Rules for LED Downlights";

2) CQC31-465137-2010 "Energy-Saving Certification Rules for Reflector-type Self-Ballasted LED Lamps";

3) CQC31-465138-2010 "Safety and Electromagnetic Compatibility Certification Rules for Self-Ballasted LED Lamps for General Lighting";

4) CQC31-465392-2010 "Energy-Saving Certification Rules for LED Road/Tunnel Lighting Products".

　　The above four energy-saving certification rules shall come into force from December 28, 2010.

　　China Quality Certification Centre (CQC) issued three technical specifications for energy-saving certification of LED lighting products on December 31, 2010, as follows:

　　1) CQC3127-2010 "Technical Specification for Energy-saving Certification of LED Road/Tunnel Lighting Products";

2) CQC3128-2010 "Technical Specification for Energy-saving Certification of LED Downlights";

3) CQC3129-2010 "Technical Specification for Energy-saving Certification of Reflector-type Self-ballasted LED Lamps".

　　The above four technical specifications for energy-saving certification shall be implemented from December 31, 2010.
