1. Enterprise University

We have launched Enterprise Universities for 57 enterprises. The number of activated users is 15,754. The Enterprise Knowledge Base contains 8,130 pieces of knowledge, of which 4,603 are owned by the enterprises themselves. The YunXueTang Course Center offers 3,527 courses.

　　II. Ming Classroom

Ming Classroom has 13,156 registered users, 262 on-demand courses, a total of 705 courses, and 126,960 views.

　　III. Online Salon

From January to September 2018, a total of 20 online salons were held, with a total of 1,595 online participants.

　　IV. 2018-2019 Campus Recruitment

　　In order to better serve the lighting industry, the Talent Training Working Committee of China Association of Lighting Industry will build a bridge for talent transmission between universities/vocational schools and enterprises, establish a platform for social recruitment and campus recruitment in the lighting industry, and improve the talent cultivation pathway. It is scheduled to fully launch a nationwide campus recruitment presentation tour for graduates from higher vocational colleges and universities in September 2018.

　　Currently, more than twenty lighting companies have been included, providing over 500 positions, and the "Blue Book of Lighting Industry Talent Supply Chain" is being published simultaneously. (Job postings collection for the electronic version of the recruitment manual is ongoing.)

　　Optics Valley Lighting Industry College:

　　Course Summary:

　　I. Since 2018, the following professional lighting technology courses have been offered: hands-on training in professional lighting design simulation software DIALux evo; indoor lighting design, outdoor (architecture and landscape) lighting design and application training; lighting electrical design, construction application training; specialized lighting design courses; cultural tourism lighting planning and company project operation management seminars; in addition, customized internal employee training courses have been developed for enterprises. The cumulative number of trainees has exceeded 300;

In its future courses, the Optics Valley Lighting Industry College, under the leadership, support and guidance of the China Illuminating Engineering Society (CIES) and the CIES Talent Training Working Committee, will uphold the principle of "value creation, cultivating innovative technical talents"; continue to innovate and develop courses, and maintain a good reputation and influence in the industry, introducing instructors with good reputation, strong practical ability and influence to ensure teaching quality! Strive to cultivate more outstanding innovative technical professionals in all aspects for the industry.

Under the leadership of the China Illuminating Engineering Society (CIES) and its specialized committees, the Optics Valley Lighting Industry College can actively organize and participate in the dissemination of lighting-related knowledge with famous domestic universities (such as Tongji University and Fudan University), and bring new lighting technologies and applications to various fields through cross-industry collaboration (such as the interior design industry, architectural design, urban and rural planning design institutes, higher education institutions, real estate, catering, clothing, etc.); providing the correct direction for the setting of our future courses and the expansion of student recruitment channels.

4. We look forward to actively participating in communication and cooperation with the China Illuminating Association and other specialized committees, contributing our modest efforts to the cultivation of lighting talents! At the same time, we also hope for the support of the leaders of the China Illuminating Association and the Talent Training Committee, who can provide more assistance, and that the official publications, websites, and public accounts of the industry association can release information on the relevant specialized courses of the Association's Talent Training Committee.
