Wanrun Technology Establishes Wholly-Owned Subsidiary to Enter the New Energy Vehicle Charging Market
Shenzhen Wanrun Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announced on the 16th that its controlling subsidiary Shenzhen Wanrun Energy Conservation Co., Ltd., whose controlling subsidiary Beijing Wanrun Sunshine Energy Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wanrun Sunshine"), in order to further expand its industrial layout, cultivate new profit growth points, and enhance profitability, plans to invest RMB 10 million in self-raised funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Kunming Wanrun Sunshine Energy Technology Co., Ltd., to enter the new energy vehicle charging infrastructure market.

Wanrun Technology stated that this external investment is intended to further expand the layout of the energy conservation industry, increase the coverage of the energy conservation business field, seize the rapid development opportunities of the new energy vehicle industry, cultivate new profit growth points, enhance profitability and overall competitiveness, and expand and strengthen the energy conservation and environmental protection industry. Wanrun Sunshine plans to use self-raised funds to invest in and establish Kunming Wanrun Sunshine Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to enter the national strategic emerging industry — the new energy vehicle charging infrastructure market — and promote energy conservation and emission reduction, achieving a win-win situation for both corporate economic benefits and social environmental benefits.
Changfang Group Establishes Branch in Huizhou
Shenzhen Changfang Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announced on the 14th that the Company held the 33rd meeting of the second session of the Board of Directors on January 13, 2017, at which the "Proposal on the Establishment of a Branch Company" was reviewed and approved.
In order to meet the needs of optimizing the organizational structure, strengthening management and developing business, Changfang Group plans to establish the Huizhou Branch of Shenzhen Changfang Group Co., Ltd. Changfang Group stated that establishing a branch in Huizhou will benefit the Company in better developing its business and exploring the local market.
According to the announcement, the business scope of the Huizhou Branch includes: sales of LED/light-emitting diodes/digital tubes, LED energy-saving lighting lamps, solar lighting products, electronic products, semiconductor lighting products, and SMD holders for LED lighting sources; development of energy-saving technologies for electric light sources, solar light source products, municipal lighting, venue lighting, and port lighting; contracting and construction of municipal public works and electromechanical installation projects (excluding power facilities); establishment of industrial enterprises (specific projects to be reported separately); production of LED/light-emitting diodes/digital tubes, LED energy-saving lighting lamps, solar lighting products, electronic products, semiconductor lighting products, and SMD holders for LED lighting sources.
