First, it scientifically formulated the "Liu'an City Central District Urban Lighting Management Measures," ensuring that unified control of urban lighting has clear guidelines to follow. Second, it strengthened team management and training. It organized key business personnel to visit advanced cities such as Shanghai, Qingdao, and Tianjin to learn scientific urban lighting management methods, ensuring the smooth implementation of remote control. Third, it adopted advanced remote control technology. It employed an automatic monitoring system, combining satellite positioning for automatic time calibration with a photoelectric control system.
