LED Outdoor Lighting Technology Seminar Held in Beijing on April 26

　　"LED Outdoor Lighting Product Design, Intelligent Control and Optical Information Application Technology Seminar" was held from 14:00 to 18:00 on the afternoon of April 26, 2011 at the Second Guest House of the State Council in Beijing. The conference was organized by the China Illuminating Engineering Society, co-organized by the Consulting Committee of the China Illuminating Engineering Society and the Lighting Designer Exchange Center, and hosted by Grand Canyon Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd.

　　The conference was chaired by Xu Hua, Deputy Director of the Consulting Committee of the China Illuminating Engineering Society. The meeting was attended by approximately 110 designers from research and design institutes, various lighting design units, and lighting engineering companies.

　　The meeting invited experts to deliver speeches on topics such as LED lighting product design and intelligent control. Mr. Xu Dongliang from the Dongliang International Lighting Design Center addressed the current status of LED lighting control, advocated new concepts for low-carbon lighting design, and pointed out the importance of precise LED control. He emphasized that lighting design should be creative, brave in innovation, and break through traditional and habitual thinking. Mr. Wei Zili from Grand Canyon Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. introduced the five core technologies and multiple patents of the Grand Canyon Optoelectronic LED lighting control system. This control system can maximize the realization of many forward-looking concepts from lighting designers, fulfilling Grand Canyon's mission of "Lighting Up City Dreams." The convening of the meeting gave lighting designers a deeper understanding of LED outdoor lighting product control technology and was of great help in the future selection of LED lighting products and control systems.
