US LED Lighting Listed Company RLVT Acquires Ampris for $186 Million

　　Revolution Lighting Technologies Inc (RVLT), a US provider of high-end LED lighting solutions, said on Wednesday (the 5th) that the company acquired Ampris LLC for $30 million (approximately RMB 186 million), including $10 million in cash, $10 million in RVLT common stock, and $10 million in promissory notes. RVLT expects this transaction to increase its earnings per share in the second half of the year.

It is reported that Ampris is a total solutions provider for LED energy-saving lighting projects in commercial, industrial, hotel and other industries. Revenue is projected to reach $30 million in 2015. RVLT's acquisition of Ampris will not only expand the company's existing scale and improve profitability, but also broaden its channels into commercial, industrial, hotel and other fields.
