Linyang Lighting Wins Two LED Street Light Projects with Contract Value of 27.82 Million Yuan

　　According to the announcement by Linyang Electronics, its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Linyang Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. recently won the bid for projects including the "Nantong Binhai Park Linhai High-grade Highway and Related Road Street Light Project" and "Qidong City Some Roads Street Light Project", with a total bid amount of approximately 27.8243 million yuan.

　　According to the announcement, the project contents of the Nantong Binhai Park Linhai High-grade Highway and Related Road Street Light Project include: LED street lights on the Qidong section of the Linhai High-grade Highway (including street light foundations, lamps, light poles), cables, distribution boxes procurement, installation, debugging, warranty, and earthwork excavation and filling, with a bid amount of approximately 18.55 million yuan; the Qidong City Some Roads Street Light Project involves approximately 1,716 sets of street lights procurement, installation, debugging, warranty, etc., with a bid amount of approximately 9.2743 million yuan.

　　It is understood that the above winning bids will help further enhance the company's market share in the LED lighting field, and the performance of the winning contracts will have a positive impact on the company's operating work and operating performance.

　　Linyang Electronics' Q1 2014 report shows that the company achieved operating revenue of 386 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10.68%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 63.56 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20.69%.
