Hella Lighting Opens New Factory in Xiamen to Expand Chinese Market Business
According to foreign media reports, the German automotive lighting company Hella Group has opened a new factory in China to expand its business in the Chinese market.
The new factory is built in Xiamen and will provide electronic products for China-made automobiles. Hella Group CEO Rolf (Rolf Breidenbach) said that the new Xiamen factory will serve the local market and customers.

The new Xiamen plant will mainly produce relays and other electronic products required for automotive door lock systems, vehicle control systems, seat controllers, air conditioning and lighting systems.
The Hella Group stated that its long-term success in China is mainly due to the dense customer base in the Chinese market. As of now, the Hella Group operates in 10 regions in China and has 3,800 employees.
