Lite-On Technology June revenue up 2%, first half revenue meets expectations

　　Lite-On Technology reported self-calculated June consolidated revenue of NT$10.432 billion (New Taiwan Dollar, same below), a 2% month-on-month increase and 4% year-on-year increase. The company said that after bidding farewell to the seasonal factor constraints of the previous quarter, the performance of its four core businesses has gradually stabilized. Q2 consolidated revenue reached NT$30.683 billion, a 11.94% quarter-on-quarter increase. Total first-half consolidated revenue reached NT$58.097 billion, roughly flat with NT$58.57 billion in the same period last year, meeting the company's expectations.

　　Lite-On Technology stated that LED lighting components have stable orders due to strong demand from brand customers, and the production capacity of the LED Thailand factory has been fully restored. In addition, with the continuous increase in global market share of camera module products in the computer and smartphone markets, the Optoelectronics Business Group's revenue performance in the second quarter of this year has grown month by month. By June of this year, the Optoelectronics Business Group's revenue still grew by 12% compared to the same period last year.
