Du Ping, Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Tongyi Fang Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd., presented a paper titled “New Developments in LED Lighting Packaging: Smart, Healthy, and Outdoor Lighting Sources,” systematically showcasing cutting-edge advancements in LED packaging technology. Du Ping introduced Tongyi Fang’s four major packaging product platforms—COB, SMD, CPD, and MOD—built around the core principles of intelligence, health, and dual carbon goals, covering eight major application scenarios including smart lighting, healthy lighting, commercial lighting, and outdoor lighting.

For instance, in the field of healthy lighting, Tongyi Fang has collaborated with Wuhan University to develop the Zhencai Guang series, featuring full-spectrum sunlight-like light, enhanced red wavelengths, and reduced blue light. Through precise spectral design, these products effectively mitigate blue light hazards, with spectra closely mimicking natural light, thereby protecting eyesight and regulating human circadian rhythms. In outdoor lighting, the inverted EMC5050 series achieves luminous efficacies of 255–270 lm/W, employing inverted chip technology and sulfur‑resistant coatings to significantly extend outdoor service life. Tongyi Fang is also actively exploring the application of AI in phosphor formulation screening, experimental data processing, and reliability analysis, leveraging digital tools to accelerate R&D iterations.

Xie Wei, Founder of Zhongshan Songwei Lighting Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd., shared his insights under the theme “3C Compliance—A Must‑Answer Question for Guzhen Decorative Lighting: From ‘Distribution Hub’ to ‘Quality High Ground.’” As Executive Vice President of the Zhongshan Lighting Electrical Appliance Industry Association, Xie Wei emphasized that 3C compliance is not merely a matter for individual enterprises but a collective challenge facing the entire Guzhen industry cluster. When one company encounters issues, it impacts the reputation of the entire region. Thus, 3C certification is not only a market access threshold but also a safeguard for conscientious manufacturers and a protector of the regional brand image. Behind every certificate lies a comprehensive system encompassing product R&D, production consistency, labeling, certificate maintenance, and responses to supervisory inspections—requiring long-term investment and meticulous planning.

He specifically noted that Guzhen has established a Lighting and Decorative Lighting Product Quality Service Center, bringing in multiple certification and testing agencies to offer enterprises one-stop compliance services. Xie Wei believes that companies should first ensure compliance before pursuing brand upgrades, promoting original designs, patent systems, and participation in standard-setting efforts to shift Guzhen decorative lighting from price competition to value‑based competition.

Liu Yijin, AI Expert and Senior Algorithm Engineer at China Mobile Guangdong Company’s Zhongshan Branch, along with Yan Shenglong from China Mobile IoT, presented a paper titled “AI Empowering the Decorative Lighting Industry: From Computing Power Foundation to Scenario Implementation,” using the four-character mnemonic “Save, Sell, Connect, Extend” to outline the complete logic of AI deployment. For example, on the factory floor, AI agents can already penetrate multiple stages—for instance, replacing human visual inspection with AI‑powered quality checks, enabling export enterprises to use AI to simultaneously recognize documents and customs certificates in multiple languages. At the sales end, for Guzhen’s large e‑commerce businesses, AI can dramatically reduce labor and time costs associated with multilingual customer service, live‑streamed sales, product design, and cross‑border translation. He pointed out that small and medium‑sized enterprises need not immediately invest in massive systems; instead, they can leverage pay‑as‑you‑go computing power and local subsidies provided by China Mobile Zhongshan to pilot their most costly production lines first, scaling up once proven successful.

As for the untapped blue ocean of smart outdoor lighting, AI‑eSIM adopts the concept of “network as credential,” granting each lamp a chip‑level trusted identity. Looking ahead, every lamp deserves its own cloud‑based brain. Using cultural and tourism sites as examples, lighting companies can integrate hardware with urban IP content, transforming from selling individual lamps to operating sustainable, fee‑based lighting environment services.

Wei Jianqiang, Marketing Director of Guangdong Aidi Ming Electronics Co., Ltd., presented a paper titled “Pure DALI‑Driven Low‑Carbon New Development,” analyzing the core value of the DALI standard in smart lighting and building decarbonization. He noted that building energy consumption accounts for roughly 30% of global total energy use, with lighting playing a crucial role. Energy‑saving lighting represents one of the most cost‑effective pathways to carbon reduction. Traditional lighting control systems suffer from numerous pain points, whereas DALI, as an open international standard, breaks vendor lock‑in through interoperability and enables two‑way communication for device status reporting and remote diagnostics. By adopting three key approaches—on-demand lighting (including ultra‑deep dimming at 0.1% and daylight compensation), digital management (real‑time energy monitoring and precise fault localization), and standardized ecosystems (multi‑brand compatibility and modular design)—DALI systems can achieve over 30% energy savings in lighting.

DALI is becoming an essential “passport” for entering international markets. Aidi Ming has built a comprehensive product matrix centered on pure DALI, covering constant current, constant voltage, rail‑mounted, and embedded applications, fully embodying the aforementioned advantages and providing a solid foundation for the green implementation of smart lighting systems.

Wang Lifu, Head of AI Strategy Projects at Guangzhou Jianzhong Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., presented a paper titled “How Enterprises Are Recommended in the AI Era,” introducing cutting‑edge generative engine optimization (GEO) concepts. He pointed out that customers’ decision‑making process has shifted from “searching on their own” to “listening to AI.” If a brand does not appear on AI’s recommendation list, it is essentially “nonexistent” in the AI world.

He proposed redefining brand acquisition rules through GEO: advancing through three stages—“find you, understand you, choose you”—to systematically optimize corporate websites and public content, ensuring that generative AIs like Doubao, DeepSeek, and Wenxin Yiyan accurately mention and proactively recommend your brand when answering customer queries, thus opening up new avenues for brand and channel development in the AI era. He emphasized that GEO is not another traffic channel but rather the foundational infrastructure brands need to adapt to the AI age. Today’s problem databases, knowledge bases, and evidence repositories will serve future website operations, content marketing, customer service Q&A, CRM, sales training, and enterprise AI agents, forming a long‑term competitive moat.
