Recently, two LED‑listed companies announced personnel changes.

Dehao Runda: Chairman Ji Xuebin Resigns

On September 17, Dehao Runda issued an announcement stating that Chairman Mr. Ji Xuebin has resigned from all his positions at the company due to work adjustments.

The announcement indicated that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation letter from Mr. Ji Xuebin. Due to work adjustments, Mr. Ji Xuebin has submitted his resignation from his roles as Chairman of the 8th Board of Directors, Director, and member of both the Audit Committee and the Strategy Committee, and will no longer serve as the company’s legal representative. Following his resignation, Mr. Ji Xuebin will no longer hold any position within the company or its subsidiaries.

Meanwhile, to ensure the smooth operation of the company, the 8th Board of Directors, and its specialized committees, Mr. Ji Xuebin will continue to fulfill his aforementioned duties until a new Chairman (legal representative), directors, and members of the Audit and Strategy Committees are elected, at which point the interim arrangements will conclude.

As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Ji Xuebin holds 500,000 shares in Dehao Runda. After stepping down, he will continue to manage his shareholdings in accordance with applicable regulations, and there are no outstanding commitments that remain unfulfilled.

Dehao Runda stated that during his tenure, Mr. Ji Xuebin demonstrated unwavering dedication and diligence, consistently driving the company’s deep reforms and sustainable development. The Board of Directors and all colleagues extend their heartfelt gratitude for his remarkable contributions over the years.

It is reported that Mr. Ji Xuebin served as Chairman of Dehao Runda starting in May 2021, concurrently holding the position of General Manager from October 2021 through August 2025.

In addition, Dehao Runda convened a board meeting to deliberate and approve relevant proposals, where the Board agreed to nominate Ms. Tang Yinling as a candidate for non‑independent director on the 8th Board of Directors.

According to her resume, Ms. Tang Yinling, born in 1995, holds a master’s degree and possesses a legal professional qualification certificate. Since July 2020, she has held positions including Project Manager and Senior Manager at Huaxin International Trust Co., Ltd. As of now, Ms. Tang Yinling does not directly hold any shares in Dehao Runda.

Currently, Dehao Runda’s core businesses include small kitchen appliances—primarily smart coffee machines—and LED packaging. Its LED packaging product line is diverse, serving applications such as front‑mounted automotive lights, rear‑mounted automotive lights, smartphone flashlights, TV backlights, and more, ultimately supporting automotive lighting, mobile devices, backlight displays, and other consumer electronics. Over many years of development, the company’s LED packaging business has gradually transformed from traditional lighting packaging into high‑end device packaging, acquiring the capability to supply automotive‑grade LED packaging products.

In July this year, Dehao Runda concluded a seven‑year risk‑warning period, successfully “removed its special treatment” and resumed trading, changing its stock abbreviation from “ST Dehao” to “Dehao Runda.”
