Executive reshuffles are underway! Four LED companies have announced coordinated personnel changes.

Recently, listed companies in the LED Industry have been releasing personnel announcements: He Jian, President of Qianzhao Optoelectronics, and Hao Liping, Vice President of Ocean King, have submitted their resignations. Meanwhile, Xidian Shares and Jiuzhou Optoelectronics have appointed new deputy general managers and general managers, marking a transition between old and new leadership teams.

Qianzhao Optoelectronics: He Jian Resigns from President and Other Positions

On October 27, Qianzhao Optoelectronics issued an announcement stating that its board of directors recently received a resignation letter. He Jian, a director representing employees and the company’s president, has resigned from his positions as employee representative director on the sixth board of directors, various specialized committee roles, and the presidency, citing personal reasons. Following his resignation, he will continue to serve in other capacities within the company.

Mr. He Jian’s original term was scheduled to expire on October 27, 2027. As of the date of this announcement, he holds 768,000 shares in the company and will continue to comply with relevant regulations regarding share changes after stepping down.

Qianzhao Optoelectronics stated that Mr. He’s resignation does not reduce the number of board members below the legal minimum and will not affect the normal functioning of the board. Given that the selection process for a new president still requires adherence to applicable statutory procedures, Mr. He will remain in his current duties until a successor is appointed.

According to his resume, Mr. He was born in 1982 and boasts extensive industry experience, having previously served as Deputy Director of the Quality Assurance Department, Head of the Module and Complete Machine Department, and Head of the Process Department at Hisense Visual Technology Co., Ltd.; Deputy General Manager at Qingdao Zhidong Precision Electronics Co., Ltd.; Executive Vice President and Vice President at Hisense Broadband Multimedia (BVI) Co., Ltd. After joining Qianzhao Optoelectronics, he held positions as Vice Chairman and Deputy General Manager, officially assuming the roles of director and general manager (president) effective October 28, 2024.

Ocean King: Vice President Hao Liping Resigns

On October 27, Ocean King Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ocean King”) announced that its board of directors had recently received a written resignation letter from Vice President Ms. Hao Liping. Ms. Hao Liping has tendered her resignation due to personal reasons but will remain employed by the company following her departure.

Ms. Hao Liping’s original term was set to expire upon the conclusion of the seventh board of directors in June 2029. In accordance with the Company Law and the company’s Articles of Association, her resignation became effective upon delivery to the board of directors.

As of the date of this announcement, Ms. Hao Liping holds 131,500 shares in the company and has pledged to strictly adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and normative documents after leaving her post.

Her resume indicates that Ms. Hao Liping, born in 1977, is a Chinese national without permanent overseas residency and holds a bachelor’s degree. Since May 2001, she has worked at Shenzhen Ocean King Lighting Engineering Co., Ltd., holding positions such as director of a major enterprise in central China, head of the Shanghai Metallurgical Service Center, sales director for metallurgy, deputy general manager of the metallurgy division, vice president of a metallurgy lighting company, and currently serving as president of Ocean King Electrical Co. and special assistant to the company’s president. She was appointed vice president at the first meeting of the seventh board of directors in June 2026.

Xidian Shares: Appoints Yang Yingjun as Deputy General Manager

On October 28, Xidian Semiconductor Equipment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xidian Shares”) announced that it had convened the fifth meeting of its third board of directors on October 26. Due to operational needs, following a nomination by General Manager Mr. Wang Shengli, the board’s Nomination Committee conducted a review of qualifications, and the board approved the appointment of Mr. Yang Yingjun as deputy general manager, with a term beginning upon approval by this board and ending upon the conclusion of the third board’s term.

According to his resume, Mr. Yang Yingjun was born in August 1982. From March 2002 to July 2005, he served as head of the Mechanical Quality Control Department at Shenzhen Wenji Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. Since July 2005, he has held various senior engineering roles at Xidian Shares and its predecessor, including senior mechanical engineer, team leader of the mechanical group, manager of R&D Division II, head of the LED product line, manager of R&D BU3, manager of the component development department, and director of R&D engineering.

Mr. Yang Yingjun does not directly hold shares in the company; instead, through Shenzhen Aixi Electronic Equipment Partnership (a limited partnership), he indirectly owns 94,422 shares.

It is reported that Xidian Shares primarily engages in the research, production, and sale of semiconductor probe station equipment. In recent years, the company has developed extended models such as grain-sorting machines and AOI systems. Probe testing technology is mainly applied during the wafer inspection stage of semiconductor manufacturing (CP testing), as well as throughout the entire wafer acceptance testing process (WAT testing), design verification, and final product testing (FT testing). It serves as a critical technique for assessing chip performance and identifying defects.

The company has independently developed multiple types of probe station equipment, which have been deployed across production lines of leading domestic semiconductor enterprises—including Jinghe Integrated Circuit, Yandong Micro, CR Micro, Zhuosheng Micro, Silan Micro, Huatian Technology, Huacan Optoelectronics, Jucan Optoelectronics, and Qianzhao Optoelectronics—covering integrated circuits, optoelectronic chips, discrete devices, power devices, and third-generation compound semiconductors.

Jiuzhou Optoelectronics: Change in General Manager

On October 16, Sichuan Jiuzhou Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jiuzhou Optoelectronics”) announced that its sixth board of directors, at its eighth meeting, had approved a resolution. Jiuzhou Optoelectronics appointed Su Li as general manager (Su Li also serves as the company’s chairman), effective October 16, with a term identical to that of the sixth board of directors.

Former director and general manager Yu Chao, in accordance with relevant work arrangements, has submitted a report to the board requesting his resignation from both positions. This appointment of senior management reflects the company’s governance and operational needs.

According to her resume, Ms. Su Li, born in 1983, has previously held positions such as deputy secretary of the Party branch office and deputy director at Sichuan Jiuzhou Electric Group Co., Ltd., deputy general manager at Sichuan Jiuzhou Video Technology Co., Ltd., and deputy general manager at Mianyang Smart City Industrial Development Co., Ltd. She currently serves as party secretary, chairman, and general manager of Sichuan Jiuzhou Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd.

Jiuzhou Optoelectronics was listed on the New Third Board in 2014 and operates as a manufacturer, engineering contractor, and comprehensive solution provider in the LED semiconductor lighting application sector.
