常州星宇车灯股份有限公司日前上市
常州星宇车灯股份有限公司1月30日晚公告称，公司首次公开发行A股网上资金申购的4800万股自2月1日起在上海证券交易所上市。股票简称“星宇股份”，股票代码“601799”。
星宇股份每股发行价21.24元，对应市盈率66.38倍。公司本次发行数量为6000万股，发行后总股本为2.37亿股。本次发行募集资金总额12.74亿元。
该公司是我国主要的汽车灯具总成制造商和设计方案提供商之一。公司专注于汽车灯具的研发、生产和销售，以“重点发展乘用车车灯业务，坚持为整车制造企业提供车灯配套的业务模式”为发展战略，在国内市场积累了大量优质客户资源，并在此基础上完成了产品升级和市场份额的扩大;在海外则抓住汽车零部件全球采购向中国市场延伸的机遇，以目前的出口业务为基础循序渐进打开国际市场。
2010年上半年，公司实现净利润6462.21万元，基本每股收益为0.3687元。截至2011年1月25日，申银万国、光大证券等6家机构对星宇股份2010年度业绩作出预测，平均预测净利润为1.34亿元，平均预测摊薄每股收益为0.5647元(最高0.604元，最低0.525元)。光大证券预计上市合理价为25.80元，广发证券预计为20.25元。
星宇股份是常州市第6只在A股主板市场上市的公司。
