Wang Zhuo
A senior engineer, Secretary-General of the China Lighting Fixture Association, and Deputy Secretary-General of the National Lighting Fixture Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC 224). He graduated from Beijing University of Technology with a degree in Materials Science and Engineering. He has participated in the design and implementation of multiple phases of China’s Green Lighting Project, jointly developed by the National Development and Reform Commission, the United Nations Development Programme, and the Global Environment Facility. With extensive experience in managing the lighting fixture industry, he is well-versed in domestic and international production, management, technology, and policy issues. He has many years of research experience in areas such as industry transformation and technological upgrading, clean production practices, customs classification of lighting products, and standardization efforts within the sector.
Deng Maolin
A senior engineer, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Lighting Fixture Association and Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Business Department; Executive Deputy Director of the Smart Streetlight Specialized Committee; Member of the National Lighting Fixture Standardization Technical Committee (TC224) and Deputy Chair of the Sub‑Technical Committee on Electric Light Sources and Accessories (TC224/SC1). With long-standing experience in managing the lighting fixture industry, he possesses deep knowledge of production and technology, and extensive expertise in technical standards research and science‑technology promotion initiatives.
Hong Bing
Editor-in-Chief of China Light All-Media and Deputy Director of the Talent Training Committee of the China Lighting Fixture Association
Executive Dean of Ming Classroom and Editor-in-Chief of Agricultural Lighting Network. He also serves as Supervisor of the Jiangsu Lighting Society, Executive Vice President of the Beijing Lighting Fixture Association, Secretary-General of the Agricultural Lighting Professional Committee of the China Lighting Fixture Association, Secretary-General of the Fudan Alumni Lighting Association, and a board member of the Eco‑Environment Student Association at CEIBS.
He graduated from Fudan University’s Department of Light Sources and Lighting Engineering in 1991 and earned an MBA from CEIBS in 2003. Over the years, he has worked in R&D, product planning, and marketing at institutions including the China Building Materials Academy, Panasonic, GE, and OSRAM. In 2008, he received Siemens’ Global Top Plus Award and Siemens China’s Outstanding Performance Award, and in 2009 founded China Light Network.
