Net profit surged by 327.41%! MLS released its third-quarter report.

On October 27, MLS released its Q3 2026 Report.

The quarterly report shows that in the first three quarters, MLS achieved revenue of approximately RMB 14.866 billion, up 22.07% year-on-year (YoY); net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached about RMB 894 million, a YoY increase of 327.41%.

In particular, during the third quarter, MLS posted revenue of roughly RMB 5.071 billion, up 19.08% YoY, and net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of approximately RMB 233 million, up 318.41% YoY.

MLS stated that the substantial year-on-year growth in net profit during the reporting period was primarily driven by higher total revenue and increased investment income.

In January this year, MLS completed a controlling acquisition of Prui Optoelectronics, further extending its reach into the R&D and manufacturing segments of LED chips. As a result, the company’s Industry / Supply chain now encompasses chip production, Packaging, end-use applications, as well as brand development and (Sales) channel operations.

Recently, while responding to investor inquiries, MLS indicated that it will continue to focus on its core business, leveraging its advantages in supply-chain integration to optimize production and operations, and steadily advance cost reduction and efficiency improvements, along with synergies across Prui Optoelectronics’ business lines.
