Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Administration: All 18 batches of fire emergency luminaires passed the spot checks
Recently, the Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Administration announced the results of the provincial supervision and spot check on fire emergency luminaire product quality in 2025.
This spot check involved a total of 18 batches of products, including 6 batches from the production stage, 11 from the sales stage, and 1 from online sales. The inspection was conducted in accordance with the requirements of GB 17945-2024 "Emergency Lighting and Evacuation Signage Systems" and other standards, testing items such as conversion voltage tests for emergency lighting [[Luminaire|Luminaria|Luminária|وحدة إضاءة|Светильник|Luminaire|Leuchte]], basic function tests, grounding resistance tests, enclosure protection rating tests (IP), and electrical strength tests.
Test results show that all product batches meet the standard requirements, with no non-conforming items found.

Widely used in public places such as hotels, guesthouses, supermarkets, airports, hospitals, schools, factories, and various office buildings. The Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Administration suggests paying attention to the following when purchasing:
1. Selection. Perform reasonable selection of fire emergency luminaires. Fire emergency luminaires are classified by power supply mode into self-contained power type and centralized power type; by emergency control mode, they are divided into non-centralized controlled type and centralized controlled type. When selecting luminaires, reasonable selection must be made based on the characteristics of the building and the status of the fire power supply.
2.查外观。表面无腐蚀、涂覆层脱落和起泡现象，无明显划伤、裂痕、毛刺等机械损伤、紧固部位无松动。产品标志：制造厂名、厂址、产品名称、产品型号、产品主要技术参数、执行标准、制造日期及产品编号等信息应齐全。
3. Check the "ID card". Every fire emergency luminaire is affixed with an "ID card" label; by logging into the National Certification and Accreditation Information Public Service Platform using the label code, you can verify the authenticity of product information.
4. Check the manual. The manual shall detail battery parameters (type, capacity, model), product technical specifications, daily maintenance methods, replacement methods, and replacement cycles, among other information.
