Following the submission of the above resignation, Zhang Yuanyuan will continue to serve as an executive director of Tongfang Youyou, as well as a member of the Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, and Risk Management and Compliance Committee, and one of the legal representatives.

The resume shows that Zhang Yuanyuan, female, graduated from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in 1999 with a Bachelor's degree in Law, obtained a Master's degree in Law in 2002, and has extensive experience in capital operations, legal affairs, financial management, and investment management. Since May 2016, Zhang Yuanyuan has held various senior management positions at Tsinghua Tongfang (600100) and its subsidiaries. Starting August 2024, Zhang Yuanyuan serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Tongfang Youyou.

At the same time, Tongfang Youyou also announced the next president. According to the "Announcement", starting March 10, Lian Chenwei was appointed as President of Tongfang Youyou. Lian Chenwei has been an executive director of Tongfang Youyou and a member of the Risk Management and Compliance Committee, and will remain in this position.

Lian Chenwei, male, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Renmin University of China in 2003, a Master's degree in Management Science and Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology in 2011, and a Master's degree in Accounting from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2018. Tongfang Youyou, founded in 2006, is a listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Its main business involves the manufacturing and sales of LED decorative lights, incandescent decorative lights, stage lights, and LED lighting luminaires, among other products.

In addition, adjustments have also been made to key positions in several other companies. For instance, on March 3, Wei Xiao, the CFO of ST Mingjiahui, resigned for personal reasons. This change occurred shortly after the company completed a change in its actual controller. In January this year, due to the execution of the reorganization plan, Wu Liqun became the new actual controller and chairman of the company, while Cheng Zhiwen, the son of the original actual controller, was appointed as president. On March 24, following the nomination by President Cheng Zhiwen, the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors of ST Mingjiahui reviewed the qualifications, and the Board agreed to appoint Zhao Genzhi as Vice President, in charge of the daily work of the company's Audit Department. On March 25, Dongshan Precision's Board of Directors appointed Li Ting Wei (Li Tingwei), who holds Dutch nationality, as Deputy General Manager. Li Tingwei is a Ph.D. in Physics from Leiden University. His joining is regarded by the industry as a move by Dongshan Precision to strengthen its international technical talent reserve in precision manufacturing and optoelectronics.

This wave of frequent executive changes is not accidental; it reflects the common challenges and strategic choices facing the LED lighting industry in 2026.

For example, the industry is currently in a 'double squeeze' phase of technological iteration and cost pressure. On one hand, new technology directions such as Mini/Micro LED, smart lighting, and healthy light environments require companies to increase R&D investment and market expansion; on the other hand, raw material price fluctuations and intensifying market competition continue to squeeze profit margins. Companies need to adjust their management teams by introducing leaders with greater strategic vision or operational efficiency to break through these bottlenecks.

Furthermore, 'generational transition' and professional governance have become trends. Some changes reflect the optimization of corporate governance structures, such as adjustments at Moshuo Power and Huacan Optoelectronics involving personnel appointed by shareholders. Meanwhile, the 'second-generation lamp' succession at ST Mingjiahui (Cheng Zhiwen, son of the original actual controller) also reflects that some private enterprises are completing intergenerational inheritance.

The recent wave of executive changes in the LED lighting industry is both an inevitable result of industry development and a new variable injected into the future of the industry. Driven by technological innovation and market competition, the LED lighting industry is undergoing profound transformation, and adjustments to the executive team will directly impact corporate strategic direction and market competitiveness, warranting continued attention.
