This country has issued a final anti-dumping ruling on Chinese LED street lighting devices, imposing a 27% anti-dumping duty!

According to China's Trade Remedies Information Network, on December 23, the Moroccan Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Announcement No. DDC/16/2024, making a final affirmative anti-dumping determination on LED street lighting devices (French: luminaires LED pour l'éclairage public) originating in China, recommending the imposition of a anti-dumping duty of 27% on the products under investigation. The Moroccan tariff code for the products under investigation is 9405.42.00.10.


On September 2, 2024, Morocco initiated an anti-dumping investigation into LED street lighting devices originating from China. The dumping investigation period is July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, and the injury investigation period is January 1, 2020 to June 30, 2024.
