Although this incident is an isolated case, it has also sounded an alarm for lighting enterprises and lighting executives.

Hong, an old reporter from China Light Network, expressed his views on this incident. He believes that this incident brings us three levels of reflection:

First, individual behavior of executives is closely linked to corporate risk. As senior management of a listed company, their personal actions not only concern their own image but also directly affect the company's reputation and investor confidence. Hong believes that this incident once again reminds us that the comprehensive quality and legal awareness of enterprise management are crucial.

Secondly, the level of corporate governance is tested in emergencies. After the incident, Kaige Precision Machinery quickly issued an announcement, publicly apologized, and promised to strengthen legal education for all employees. This series of actions demonstrated its relatively standardized governance mechanism. When facing a crisis, whether an enterprise can ensure procedural compliance, respond promptly, and maintain a sincere attitude is an important yardstick for testing its governance level.

Third, corporate internal control management requires continuous improvement. Company announcements indicate that Kaige Precision Machinery has realized the need to further strengthen its internal management mechanisms. Lao Hong believes this incident reflects room for improvement in executive conduct norms and education; how to establish a more comprehensive risk prevention system is worth deep reflection for all enterprises.

As the helmsmen of the enterprise, management must not only demonstrate professional competence in business operations but also strictly adhere to legal bottom lines in daily life and safeguard the company's image.
