On May 29, 2025, MOSO Power Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MOSO Power") issued an official announcement stating that, the company recently received a written resignation application from its ChairmanZhang Xin. Due to work arrangements and job transfer requirements of the superior unit, Zhang Xin applied to resign from her positions as Director, Chairman, member of the Strategy Committee, and legal representative of the company. After resignation, she will not hold any other positions in the company.

Since February 2024, Ms. Zhang Xin has served concurrently as the Chairperson of MOSO Power Supply, while holding the position of Chairperson of Jinan Industrial Development Technology Group Co., Ltd. During her tenure, she has diligently fulfilled her duties and made outstanding contributions in corporate governance, strategic planning, and operational management, leading MOSO Power Supply to maintain a leading position in the power supply industry. To ensure the smooth operation of the Board of Directors, MOSO Power held its 6th Board of Directors meeting on May 29, 2025. By unanimous consent, Fu Liang was elected as the Chairman of the 6th Board of Directors, with his term starting from the date of approval at this meeting until the expiration of the 6th Board's term. In addition, according to the "Articles of Association", the company's legal representative has also been changed from Zhang Xin to Fu Liang.

Fu Liang was born in October 1982 and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Tsinghua University. He has extensive work experience. Since May 2015, he has held positions in various energy-related companies. From March 2023 to present, he has served as a member of the Party General Branch Committee, Director, and General Manager of Jinan Industrial Development Technology Group Co., Ltd. Since February 2024, he has served as a Director of MOSO Power Technology Co., Ltd.
