Owell Showcases at the 2024 Turkey International Lighting and Smart Building Exhibition

From November 27 to 29, 2024, the highly anticipated Turkey International Lighting and Smart Building Exhibition will grandly open in Istanbul, the economic center of Turkey. Tapered Pole
Made from high-quality steel plates laser-cut and formed using large CNC bending machines, with longitudinal seams welded using high-power laser welding technology.
The inspection door features a laser-cut self-opening design, simple and elegant, integrated with the pole. The flange is beveled and robot-welded, achieving 100% penetration. This welding process significantly enhances the strength of the pole flange structure.

Tapered Pole
Made from high-quality steel plates through mold pressing, rolling, and submerged arc welding (high-power laser welding). The lamp arm is assembled using a sliding slot screw method, which is convenient and fast.
The entire lamp undergoes hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating. Depending on the road width, the pole height is recommended to be 3-12 meters with a wall thickness of 3-5 mm.

Tapered Slip Joint Pole
Made from high-quality steel plates through mold pressing, rolling, and submerged arc welding (high-power laser welding). The lamp arm is fixed using a slip joint method, with countersunk screws at the joint to ensure both strength and aesthetic craftsmanship.
The entire luminaire undergoes hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating. Based on road width, the recommended pole height is 3-12 meters with a wall thickness of 3-5 mm.

Self-bending Arm Pole
Made from high-quality steel plates, formed by mold pressing and rolling, and joined by submerged arc welding (high-power laser welding).
The entire luminaire undergoes hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating. Based on road width, the recommended pole height is 3-12 meters with a wall thickness of 3-5 mm.

Octagonal Pole
Made from high-quality steel rolled by large CNC bending machines, with longitudinal seams formed by high-power laser welding, and the pole body robot-welded to the flange.
The pole body undergoes hot-dip galvanizing and passivation treatment. Passivation is a film-forming process used during galvanizing to protect the zinc layer, making it resistant to fading and discoloration. It is generally suitable for workpieces that will not receive further surface coating after hot-dip galvanizing.
