Foshan Lighting: Investing in Beijing Hangxin to Expand Airport Runway Lighting Business

On September 30, Foshan Lighting official account information showed that on the 29th, the company jointly signed a capital increase and share expansion agreement with Guangdong Airport Group Linkong Industry Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Linkong Chafa Company") and Beijing Hangxin Aids-to-Navigation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Hangxin").

At the signing ceremony, Foshan Lighting and Linkong Chafa Company jointly stated that they would integrate their industrial resources through joint investment in Beijing Hangxin, achieve complementary advantages and industrial empowerment, deepen cooperation, further expand airport runway lighting and aviation lighting businesses, thereby enhancing Beijing Hangxin's market competitiveness in the field of integrated smart aviation lighting solutions.

According to the agreement, after the completion of this capital increase, Beijing Hangxin will become a consolidated subsidiary of Foshan Lighting. Relying on Foshan Lighting's profound technical accumulation in the lighting field and Guangdong Airport Group's rich industrial resources in the civil aviation airport sector, it will vigorously expand the airport runway lighting business and gradually extend to low-altitude flight lighting and other aviation lighting businesses.

In the future, Foshan Lighting and Linkong Chufa Company will leverage the industrial support and leading role of state-owned enterprises in the high-end manufacturing sector, jointly promoting domestic substitution and product innovation in the aviation lighting industry, safeguarding national aviation safety, and contributing the strength of state-owned enterprises to the high-quality development of China's aviation industry.
