Recently, the Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Commerce issued the "Implementation Rules for Consumer Subsidies on Home Appliances and Smart Home Products." According to the rules, Ningbo has fully launched a new round of consumer subsidy activities for home appliances and smart home products, among which subsidies for 8 categories of home appliance products can reach up to 16,000 yuan;Additionally, 20 new categories of smart green home appliance products have been added, with each consumer eligible for a subsidy on one item per category, and the subsidy amount per item not exceeding 2,000 yuan.

According to the implementation rules, from now until December 31 this year, for individual consumers purchasing 8 categories of home appliance products including refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, air conditioners, computers, water heaters, household stoves, and range hoods, purchase subsidies will be granted immediately upon purchase according to the following standards: For home appliance products meeting Level 1 energy efficiency or water efficiency standards, a subsidy of 20% of the actual transaction price will be provided; for those meeting Level 2 energy efficiency or water efficiency standards, a subsidy of 15% of the actual transaction price will be provided. Each consumer is eligible for a subsidy on one item per category, with the subsidy per item not exceeding 2,000 yuan; for the above 8 categories of products, each consumer can enjoy a maximum home appliance subsidy of 16,000 yuan.

The new round of home appliance consumer subsidy activities has expanded the scope of subsidies. Household refrigeration appliances, household air conditioners, household cleaning appliances, household kitchen appliances, household beauty and health care appliances, household projectors,smart charging piles, smart door locks, smart curtains, smart drying racks, smart home monitoring,Smart lighting, smart toilets, smart beds, smart tables and chairs, smart fitness equipment, smart voice facilities, smart service robots, smart dishwashers, and smart steam ovens, totaling 20 categories of products, are included in the subsidy scope, with the subsidy standard being 15% of the actual transaction price of the product.
