An LED-related manufacturer sees new progress in its IPO!

Electronic specialty gases are key materials in LED production, used in cleaning, etching, doping, and film formation, playing a crucial role in enhancing LED performance and efficiency. Recently, Fujian Der Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Der Technology"), a company in the electronic specialty gas sector, has made new progress in its IPO.


Der Technology updates IPO financial data

On June 29, Der Technology updated and submitted relevant financial documents. Previously, its IPO review status was temporarily marked as "Suspended (Financial Report Update)" due to expired financial data. Now, with the updated data, the company is expected to continue advancing its listing process.

The official website shows that De'er Technology was established in June 2014, with a registered capital of 1.039 billion yuan. The company is committed to the layout of the entire fluorine chemical industry chain, mainly engaged in the R&D, production, and sales of multiple series of fluorine-containing new materials such as basic fluorine chemical materials, new energy lithium battery materials, special gases, and semiconductor . Its products are widely used in semiconductor chips, LED chips, flat panel displays, communication optical fibers, power and energy storage batteries, UHV power transmission and transformation, photovoltaic power generation, etc.

According to the previously disclosed prospectus, De'er Technology's special gas business mainly includes industrial special gases and electronic special gases. Among them, electronic special gases mainly include , trifluoromethane, hexafluoroethane, and octafluorocyclobutane, which are mainly used in processes such as etching and cleaning during the manufacturing of integrated circuits and display panels.

From 2020 to 2022, De'er Technology's revenue from electronic special gases was 82.0655 million yuan, 124.7017 million yuan, and 167.1355 million yuan respectively, accounting for 40.73%, 41.23%, and 46.03% of the company's special gas business revenue respectively.

In terms of customers, De'er Technology has currently established good cooperative relationships with many well-known domestic and international customers, including , Changelight Optoelectronics and other LED chip enterprises, Samsung Display, Sharp, , Tianma Microelectronics, Visionox, Truelight Optoelectronics, Super Vision and other display panel enterprises, as well as enterprises in the fields of integrated circuits and new energy battery materials.

Plans to raise 3 billion yuan through IPO

Used to expand production capacity and enhance R&D capabilities


The prospectus shows that Der Technology plans to raise 3 billion yuan in this IPO, which will be used for the following projects:

Among them, the "Annual Production of 200 Tons of Electronic Grade Chlorine Trifluoride Production Line Project" will increase the production capacity of electronic grade chlorine trifluoride by 200 tons per year after reaching full production; the "Fluorine-containing Semiconductor Materials Project" will increase the production capacity of by 10,000 tons and tungsten hexafluoride by 600 tons per year after reaching full production; the "Annual Production of 360,000 Tons of Semiconductor Grade Electronic Materials Project (Phase II)" will add production capacity for products such as electronic grade sulfuric acid, electronic grade hydrochloric acid, and electronic grade nitric acid after completion;

The "13,000 Tons/Year New Energy Materials Project (Phase III)" will increase the production capacity of battery-grade lithium hexafluorophosphate by 10,000 tons per year after reaching full production; the "Annual Production of 230,000 Tons of Fluorine-containing New Materials Project (Phase III)" will add annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of electronic grade hydrofluoric acid, 4,000 tons of battery-grade lithium fluoride, and 8,000 tons of electronic grade ammonium bifluoride after reaching full production, thereby achieving full coverage of electronic grade hydrofluoric acid products from G1 to G5 levels.

In addition, the "R&D and Testing Capability Enhancement Project" will build the company's material database and process simulation calculation center; the "Intelligent Operation Project" will connect and upgrade existing information systems to achieve information sharing among various departments of the company.
