(hereinafter referred to as "Hunan Sanan"). As of June 28, 2024, Hunan Sanan has received the full amount. On June 28, Jiawei New Energy announced that, as of the disclosure date of the announcement, its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Huayuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. had cumulatively received 7 million yuan from the Finance Office of Chahe Town, Hongze District, Huai'an City, accounting for 43.98% of the absolute value of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the audited year 2023. Jiawei New Energy stated that the aforementioned government subsidy was issued in cash, is related to the company's daily operating activities, and is not sustainable.
