1 : Newly received 200 million in government subsidies

On June 29, Sanan Optoelectronics released an announcement regarding the receipt of government subsidies. The announcement stated that, according to the relevant contracts signed between the company and the former Management Committee of Changsha High-tech Industrial Development Zone for the third-generation semiconductor industrial park project, the Commerce and Market Supervision Bureau of the Hunan Xiangjiang New Area Management Committee agreed to allocate 200,000,000.00 yuan in special support funds for scientific and technological R&D for 2024 to the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Hunan Sanan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hunan Sanan"). As of June 28, 2024, Hunan Sanan has received the full amount.

In addition, from April 1, 2024 to June 28, 2024, the company and its subsidiaries received government subsidy funds related to income, which did not trigger information disclosure obligations and did not meet the disclosure standards, amounting to approximately 14,386,200 yuan. The specific details are shown in the table below:

The amount of deferred revenue amortized and transferred to other income for the Company's second quarter of 2024 is expected to be RMB 150 million.

The total amount of the above three items is approximately RMB 364.3862 million , accounting for 99.41% of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company in the latest audited period.

Sanan Optoelectronics stated that the aforementioned government subsidies will have a positive impact on the Company's profit and loss for the second quarter of 2024.

2 : Received R&D funding subsidy of RMB 208 million

Shenzhen Tianma A announced on the evening of June 28 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuhan Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuhan Tianma"), recently received R&D funding subsidy of RMB 208 million , accounting for 9.92% of the absolute value of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company in 2023 after audit. The government subsidies received by Wuhan Tianma are related to daily business activities and are sustainable.

Tianma A stated that the aforementioned subsidies are recognized as other income in the current period, and are expected to increase the total profit for 2024 by RMB 208 million.

According to available information, Tianma A continues to deepen its presence in the small- and medium-sized display sector, with mobile phone displays and automotive displays as core businesses, IT displays as a key rapidly growing business, and industrial products, horizontal market segments, non-display areas, and ecosystem expansion as value-added businesses, continuously enhancing technology, product, and service capabilities to steadily strengthen, optimize, and expand its display business.

Among them, in the Micro-LED field, the company's 1.63-inch 403PPI Micro-LED display product is the world's first glass-based product with the highest PPI.

In April this year, Tianma A also announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Wuhan Tianma received R&D subsidy funds of RMB 100 million.The aforementioned subsidy accounts for 4.77% of the absolute value of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after audit for 2023.

In addition, the latest annual report also shows that in 2023, the production and sales scale of Wuhan Tianma's flexible AMOLED mobile phone display products expanded rapidly Year-on-year (YoY), achieving a Year-on-year (YoY) doubling of sales revenue, and Wuhan Tianma received a total of three R&D subsidy funds amounting to RMB 507 million.

3 Jiawei New Energy: Wholly-owned subsidiary receives government subsidy of 7 million yuan

On June 28, Jiawei New Energy announced that, as of the disclosure date of the announcement, its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Huayuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. had cumulatively received 7 million yuan from the Finance Office of Chahe Town, Hongze District, Huai'an City, accounting for 43.98% of the absolute value of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the audited year 2023.

Jiawei New Energy stated that the aforementioned government subsidy was issued in cash, is related to the company's daily operating activities, and is not sustainable. This government subsidy is expected to increase the company's total pre-tax profit for 2024 by 7 million yuan.

Jiawei New Energy focuses on the clean energy application field, with core businesses related to new energy power generation and the R&D, production, and sales of photovoltaic consumer products. In 2023, the company achieved revenue of 853 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 68.94%, and net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 15.9146 million yuan; in the first quarter of 2024, it achieved revenue of 122 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 22.52%, and net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of -22.0327 million yuan.
