Wang Guangxu

Professor at Nanchang University, Doctoral Supervisor, Deputy Director of the National Silicon-Based LED Engineering Technology Research Center, Selected as a National Youth Talent by the Ministry of Education, Core Member of the Key Innovation Team in Key Fields by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Committed to technical innovation and technology transfer of silicon-based gallium nitride (GaN) LED chip devices with high luminous efficacy and high reliability, achieved breakthroughs in multiple unit technologies, and is one of the main contributors to silicon-based LED chips. Executive Director of the Industry Promotion Department of the China Urban Commercial Federation's Urban Renewal Working Committee; Deputy Secretary-General of the Ecological Origin Working Committee of the China Forestry and Environment Promotion Association; Industry Advisor at the Cultural New Economy Exchange Center; Planner and Host at Aide Culture (Beijing). Chen Shixiong

Dean of the Lighting Application Research Institute of Nanjing CETC Panda Lighting Co., Ltd., with over ten years of experience in lighting product development, design, manufacturing, and production. He led the mass application of LED lighting products in key projects including the Urumqi High-Speed Railway Station supporting project, Nanjing South Railway Station supporting project, Xi'an International Port District, Xiong'an New Area, and the Nanjing Xianxin Road Overpass Project. As the first inventor, he obtained more than thirty invention patents and utility model patent authorizations. He participated in drafting multiple national standards and industry standards. In 2020, he received the Top Ten Outstanding Designers Award at the 10th Golden Finger Awards.

Hong Bing

Currently serves as Secretary-General of the Jiangsu Lighting Society, Executive Vice President of the Beijing Association of Lighting Industry, Editor-in-Chief of China Light Network & Agricultural Lighting Network, Dean of Ming Classroom, Deputy Director of the Talent Training Work Committee of the China Association of Lighting Industry (CALI), Secretary-General of the Agricultural Lighting Professional Committee of CALI, Secretary-General of the Fudan Alumni Lighting Society, and Council Member of the CEIBS Environmental Ecology Alumni Society.

Graduated from the Department of Light Source and Lighting Engineering at Fudan University in 1991. Obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from CEIBS in 2003. Engaged in R&D, product planning, and marketing at companies such as China Building Materials Academy, Panasonic, GE, and OSRAM. Received the Siemens Global Top Plus Award and the Siemens China Excellence Performance Award in 2008. Founded China Light Network in 2009.
