Another major patent lawsuit!

According to public information, a has recently occurred in the LED lighting industry in the United States.

2023年12月6日，美国公司Wangs Alliance Corp（以下简称“WAC”）就Visual Comfort & Co. (以下简称”VCC”)的16件灯具产品在Delaware发起，在诉状中，Wangs Alliance Corp列出了16件产品的侵权证据，并要求法院令被告停止侵权行为，且就侵权行为提供损害赔偿。

Both parties involved in the litigation are U.S. lighting luminaire companies with business operations in China; notably, WAC previously initiated a "Section 337 Investigation" against Chinese enterprises in 2021.

Public records indicate that the four patents asserted by WAC in the complaint were acquired by the company in 2023 from Suzhou Limin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. through assignment, involving LED positive-mount chip technology.
