The China·Guzhen International Lighting Fair (hereinafter referred to as 'Guzhen Lighting Fair'), organized by the Zhongshan Municipal People's Government and the China Association of Lighting Industry (CALI), hosted by the Zhongshan Guzhen Town People's Government and Zhongshan Guzhen Lighting Capital Expo Co., Ltd., since its inception in 1999, has never ceased innovation. It has now developed into a distinctive exhibition model featuring two sessions per year (spring and autumn), integration of exhibitions and stores, front-exhibition back-factory, and fusion of physical and online platforms , and has grown into a large-scale professional, market-oriented, and internationalized exhibition. Recently, we have discovered that certain institutions and individuals have been using the name 'Guzhen Lighting Fair' to engage in illegal activities such as selling booths at the main venue of the Guzhen Lighting Fair (Lighting Capital Guzhen Conference and Exhibition Center). Additionally, some institutions have plagiarized promotional articles from the Guzhen Lighting Fair , and have unauthorizedly used our photographic works for their own promotional purposes. These acts seriously infringe upon our legitimate rights and interests and reputation, and even more seriously mislead our customers, exhibitors, and the general public.

To protect the interests of the Conference, exhibitors, visitors, and partners, we hereby declare:

I. We have not authorized any institution or individual to conduct investment promotion activities under the name "Guzhen Lighting Fair". For any unauthorized resale of exhibition booths in the name of "Guzhen Lighting Fair", we reserve all rights to pursue legal liability. If any exhibitor obtains a booth through such illegal means, upon verification, our company has the right to cancel their booth and participation qualifications , and they shall bear any resulting economic losses themselves. We remind all exhibitors and prospective participating enterprises to remain vigilant, carefully verify the identity of the other party, and never trust false information to avoid financial loss.

II. Except for other declarations made by us, all rights (including copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, and other related rights) to all content information published on our official website, WeChat, Douyin, and other platforms, including text, icons, images, photos, audio, video, charts, etc., belong to us . Without our permission, no one may use the above content without authorization. For any act infringing our intellectual property rights, we reserve the right to pursue legal liability against the infringer. We solemnly warn the infringer to immediately stop all infringing acts, actively delete infringing content, and actively eliminate adverse effects.
