On December 19, Shenzhen Smide Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Smide"), a subsidiary of Hongli Zhihui, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with OPPLE Lighting Co., Ltd. According to the agreement, Smid will fully leverage its technical advantages in LED packaging, utilizing advanced packaging technologies such as high luminous efficacy, intelligent dimming, and PPL anti-sulfuration to support OPPLE Lighting in the development and upgrade of products in smart lighting, home lighting, engineering lighting, and electrical products. Through collaborative innovation, both parties aim to further enhance overall operational efficiency, reduce operating costs, improve and elevate the process technology and product quality of related products, and jointly explore emerging lighting application markets such as smart lighting.

Previously, OPPLE Lighting and Sina Decoration officially held a strategic signing ceremony at the OPPLE Lighting Global R&D Center in Suzhou, reaching a strategic cooperation. The two parties conducted in-depth communication and exchanges on the new retail cooperation model for home decoration, jointly exploring the integration of whole-house renovation and lighting to create a one-stop whole-house renovation solution for a beautiful and healthy light environment, achieving a win-win cooperation. The scope of this strategic cooperation covers three major categories of OPPLE Lighting products: luminaires, switches, and integrated ceilings.
