△ Chen Yansheng, Chairman of China Semiconductor Lighting/LED Industry and Application Alliance

Chen Yansheng, Chairman of the China Semiconductor Lighting/LED Industry and Application Alliance, stated in his opening remarks that "the lighting industry, as part of the cultural tourism industry, mainly adds color and brilliance to it. With the development of the LED industry, better tools have been provided for illuminating the cultural tourism industry, and better means have also been provided for designers. In addition, illuminating the cultural tourism industry should consider 'low carbon' from the beginning of engineering and design; it is not necessarily brighter that is better, but rather lighting up where it is needed and avoiding waste of resources and energy where it is not necessary."
