Here it is! The nation's first smart streetlight demonstration project integrating energy storage and charging has been connected to the grid in Shuangliu.
经过3个多月的安装调试和10多天的试运行，近日，全国首个电能“储充一体”智慧路灯示范项目在成都市双流区并网运行，新型“黑科技”正式安家双流。
用电低谷期充电，负荷高峰期送电
作为全国首个电能“储充一体”智慧路灯示范项目，该项目位于成都市双流区金河路，利用华体科技研发生产的智慧路灯灯杆建设而成。项目初期试点投运共有4个智慧路灯，每根灯杆杆体均搭载了40千瓦时的储能电池，通过附近公用变压器低压侧并网。

Test data shows it can alleviate about 15% of the load pressure on connected transformers. At the same time, the 30 kW fast charging gun installed on the pole can also charge electric vehicles.
Can be used as an emergency backup power source.
Wang Zhilun, staff member of State Grid Chengdu Shuangliu Power Supply Company, introduced: "Our energy storage system can store 160 kWh of electricity at once, which can meet the monthly daily electricity needs of a normal household, and can also serve as an emergency backup power source for the grid during power outages."
It is understood that this project is a technology achievement transformation project jointly launched by the government and enterprises in Shuangliu District. Since trial operation began on June 26, it has cumulatively supplied 950 kWh of electricity to the grid, providing energy supplementation to three residential communities near the project.
Replicate and apply to more roads and old residential communities.
Calculations show that the current scale will deliver over 30,000 kWh of electricity to the grid annually. A responsible official from the relevant department stated that they plan to expand this application scenario to more roads and older residential communities in the next step, facilitating vehicle charging for nearby residents and providing further valuable exploration to ensure a stable and orderly power supply during the peak summer season.
"We are currently negotiating with the energy authority of Shuangliu District, and within this month we will add another 8 sets of smart streetlights, increasing the (energy storage) power supply capacity to 480 kWh, thereby enhancing the power supply capability of the area," Wang Zhilun stated.
