Over 950 million! Three billion-level lighting engineering projects tendered!

With the relaxation of epidemic prevention policies and the adjustment of domestic economic construction priorities, this year's lighting projects have entered a period of vigorous explosion. According to inquiries, three hundred-million-yuan-level lighting engineering projects have recently started bidding.

On July 14, the Zhengzhou Public Resource Trading Center released tender information for the lighting project of the Zhengzhou Airport Expressway and its connecting line (Airport Terminal - Longhai Road). The total project investment is 102.8282 million yuan.

It is understood that the construction site of this project is located on the Zhengzhou Airport Expressway and its connecting roads, starting from the airport terminal in the south to Longhai Road in the north, with a total length of approximately 27.6 kilometers. The main construction contents include the new functional lighting system, multi-functional lamp posts, LED information display system, high-voltage power supply, etc.

This project is divided into four sections:

Partial qualification requirements:

（1）一标段：投标人须具有独立法人资格，具有有效的营业执照。具备建设行政主管部门颁发的市政公用工程施工总承包壹级及以上资质或城市及道路照明工程专业承包壹级资质，并具有有效的安全生产许可证。

(2) Bid Section: The bidder must possess independent legal person status and hold a valid business license. The bidder must meet at least one of the following valid qualification requirements:

(2.1) General contracting qualification of Class III or above for power engineering construction and the "License for Installation, Maintenance, and Testing of Power Facilities" with installation level IV or above, testing level IV or above, and maintenance level IV or above, and possessing a valid work safety production license certificate.

(2.2) Qualification for contracting and constructing power transmission and transformation projects at Level 3 or above, and the "License for Construction (Maintenance, Testing) of Power Facilities" with Level 4 or above for construction, testing, and maintenance, along with a valid safety production license certificate.

(3) Bid Package 3: The bidder must possess independent legal person status and hold a valid business license. The bidder must be a manufacturer with independent legal person status or an authorized agent dealer (authorized agent dealers must provide an authorization letter issued by the manufacturer or production facility).

（4）监理标段：投标人须具有独立法人资格，具有有效的营业执照。具备建设行政主管部门颁发的机电安装工程监理甲级资质或市政公用工程监理甲级资质或工程监理综合资质。

This project does not accept consortium bids.

I. Tendering Conditions
The residential project for plot 02-21 in the tourism zone of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City has been approved by the project approval/filing/record authority. The project funding source is self-raised funds amounting to 750 million CNY, and the tenderer is Tianjin Binhai Tourism Zone Haoyuan Investment Co., Ltd. II. Project Overview and Tender Scope
The scale of the residential project at Plot 02-21 in the Tourism Zone of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City is located east to Caichen Road, south to Yunxi Road, west to Shunchang East Road, and north to Lanxi Road. The construction scale is 100,861.65 square meters, with a land area of 45,243.6 square meters and a total building area of 100,861.65 square meters.
