I. Basic Information
The China Association of Lighting Industry (China Association of Lighting Industry) was established in 1989. It is a national non-profit social organization officially registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China and is the only social organization in the lighting industry nationwide, possessing legal person status for social organizations. Its unified social credit code is 51100000500009896H. The party building work agency is the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
For a long time, the China Association of Lighting Industry has adhered to taking the realization of the people's yearning for a better life as the starting point and foothold for modernization construction in the lighting field, actively responded to the call of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, promoted the implementation of a series of policies on industrial manufacturing in the lighting and electrical industry in detail, and dedicated to creating smart lighting, green lighting, technological lighting, and healthy lighting. Main business includes: conducting industry surveys and statistics, analyzing and predicting the development status of domestic and foreign peers; participating in the formulation and revision of relevant standards, making suggestions to government departments on formulating industry planning, policies, legislation, etc.; organizing conferences and exhibitions of this industry, building technical exchange platforms; founding industry publications, collecting and releasing industry information; establishing contacts with foreign peers and related organizations, carrying out international exchanges and cooperation, etc.
II. Recruitment Requirements
To fully leverage the secretariat's functions, further stimulate service vitality for the industry, absorb fresh talent, reserve young professionals, and better serve industry enterprises, the China Association of Lighting Industry (CALI) Secretariat is now recruiting staff from society. Career development areas include policy analysis, project execution, technical standards, exhibition planning, conference organization, international exchange, information publicity, and membership management. Specific positions are as follows:
(I) Exhibition and Information Department
Recruitment Quantity: 1-2 persons
Position Title: Project Manager
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, certain foreign language proficiency; candidates with client resources are preferred;
2. Good market analysis and industry judgment capabilities, able to independently write data analysis reports;
3. Strong communication and coordination skills, good team cooperation awareness, able to undertake exhibition-related business;
4. Skilled in creatively carrying out publicity work, proficient in image editing software, with certain self-media operation management capabilities.
(II) Comprehensive Business Department
Recruitment Quantity: 1-2 positions
Position Title: Project Manager
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, fresh graduates preferred;
2. Proficient in OFFICE and other office software, with good text editing and communication skills;
3. Strong logical thinking, rigorous and meticulous work style, with strong research and analysis capabilities;
4. Skilled at studying national policies, with a clear understanding of policies on low-carbon energy saving, smart industry, quality inspection standards, engineering design, etc., and a desire to work long-term in this field.
(III) Membership Department
Number of recruits: 1 person
Position Title: Project Manager
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; candidates with client resources are preferred;
2. Proficient in OFFICE and other office software, with strong capabilities in office automation operations and management;
3. Strong service orientation, able to quickly master membership management processes and familiarize oneself with the basic information of members;
4. Possess good communication and coordination skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.

3. Possess the major, academic qualifications, and relevant eligibility requirements required for the recruitment position;
