The announcement shows that the name of the guaranteed party is Ruijin Tospo Lighting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as " Ruijin Tospo "). Ruijin Tospo is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tospo Lighting. This guarantee is provided to a wholly-owned subsidiary and does not constitute related-party guarantee.

得邦照明本次为全资子公司瑞金得邦提供的担保金额为 1 亿元，其中 5,000 万元为置换公司于 2023 年 3 月 9 日对瑞金得邦为期 1 年的 5,000 万元的担保。截至公告日，公司已实际为瑞金得邦提供的担保余额为 1 亿元（含本次担保）。
