Solar street lights are on the rise, and urban low-carbon development continues

In the past, due to limitations in living standards, as well as the late start of decorative lighting and the relatively scattered and low-end nature of decorative lighting showrooms compared to other home furnishing industries, consumer spending on luminaires was limited to basic illumination. With the continuous improvement of living standards, creating a healthy, environmentally friendly green lifestyle has become the "benchmark" guiding consumer behavior. As consumers pursue a low-carbon lifestyle, home furnishing showrooms are forced to transform. In this context, the concept of "low-carbon lighting" for decorative lighting has emerged.

Batteries are mainly divided into three types: lithium batteries, lead-acid batteries, and gel batteries. Among them, lithium batteries far exceed the other two in all aspects of performance. They do not emit carbon dioxide or sulfur dioxide, nor do they produce the noise, solid waste, and other pollution associated with conventional power generation. Therefore, they are increasingly favored by the solar street light industry. With the continuous development of lithium battery solar street light power generation technology, it has gradually become a new favorite in the urban road lighting industry, promoting low-carbon development of urban lighting, with huge market potential.

照明企业纷纷改造 打造绿色照明环境

As the scale of urban lighting continues to expand, energy demand and consumption have increased sharply. Carbon labels put a 'green coat' on street lights, promoting more lighting enterprises to implement energy-saving retrofitting of street lights, reducing energy consumption, creating a high-quality, efficient, green and environmentally friendly lighting environment, enabling more regions to transform from 'traditional lighting' to 'low-carbon lighting', creating a more comfortable and safe nighttime travel environment, reflecting the pace of green city advancement through the evolution of each street light, and jointly painting a picture of green living.

For lighting enterprises themselves, the 'dual carbon' goals are also forcing upgrades in production and management models. As a link in the supply chain of various projects, the lighting Industry is increasingly required to meet product carbon emission indicators or corporate carbon emission management methods. Benefiting from the recent acceleration of the overall socio-economic shift towards green transformation, the entire financial sector has increased support for green transformation, establishing many funds focused on low-carbon finance themes. Lighting enterprises are expected to usher in green transformation and upgrading with the support of financial institutions' 'dual carbon'-related financial measures, strengthening and expanding their businesses.
