To implement the decisions and deployments of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, in accordance with the "Outline for Building a Quality Powerhouse" issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, as well as the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting High-Quality Development of the Light Industry" and the "Action Plan for Promoting High-Quality Development of the Home Furnishing Industry" released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other government departments, to effectively promote technological innovation capabilities in the lighting industry and lead high-quality development of China's lighting industry, the China Association of Lighting Industry (CALI) will hold the "2022-2023 (12th) China Lighting Industry Conference" and other concurrent events alongside the first "China (Shenzhen) Lighting Industry Supply Chain Technology Innovation Exhibition". The conference, themed "Technology Innovation Integration, Intelligent Green Quality Improvement", will be conducted in the form of a main forum and sub-forums, complementing the exhibition. It will focus on content closely related to high-quality development of the lighting industry, including "policy, technology, products, market, brand, and service", offering a new "conference + exhibition" model to provide the lighting industry with a more extensive and in-depth platform for exchange and cooperation. During the exhibition period, the "White Paper on China's Lighting Industry Development" and results of the "China Lighting Electrical Industry Evaluation", among many other hot topics of industry concern, will also be released.

On May 12, the "High-Quality Development Forum on Shenzhen's Safety, Energy-Saving, and Environmental Protection Industrial Cluster (LED Horticultural and Industrial Lighting Special Session)" will be held concurrently with the CLITI Exhibition. The event is guided by the China Association of Lighting Industry (CALI) and the Shenzhen Association for Science and Technology, and organized by the Shenzhen Lighting and Display Engineering Industry Association and the Bao'an District New Display Industry Technology Promotion Center.
