has deep expertise in the field of biophotonics for many years, capable of developing new technologies, materials, and applications with industrial promotion value. It requires a clear title for technical achievements and a description within 500 words, along with a list and appendix of academic papers and publications publicly released domestically and internationally (limited to first or corresponding authors), authorized invention patents (limited to the top three inventors), scientific research achievement award certificates (limited to the top six names on the award list), and participation in national/provincial-level scientific research project task books or transformation contracts promoting school-enterprise cooperation (limited to the top six participants).

1. Current master's and doctoral students or postdoctoral fellows at universities and colleges, current master's and doctoral students or young researchers at research institutions, and full-time employees of enterprises.

2. The age of participants in the award evaluation must be under 36 years; gender and nationality are unrestricted.

3. Upon discovery of false information or forged documents, the award certificate will be revoked and the prize money recovered.
