Foshan Lighting unveils the second generation of photocatalyst lighting new products
Dr. Chen Meiling, a technical expert from the R&D department of Foshan Lighting, officially launched the second generation of Yiguang series photocatalytic lighting products. Last year, Foshan Lighting introduced the first-generation photocatalytic product, which organically combines lighting luminaires with photocatalytic materials using light, releasing negative oxygen ions and hydroxyl radicals to combine with various organic pollutants and decompose them, achieving antibacterial and formaldehyde removal effects.
A dedicated photocatalytic experimental zone was set up at the exhibition site to demonstrate the smoke removal capability and efficiency of the second-generation photocatalytic products through on-site experiments, allowing audiences to intuitively experience the charm of 'black technology'. Experiments showed that in a sealed test chamber filled with smoke, the second-generation ceiling-mounted luminaire equipped with a super-strong fan and nano-photocatalytic filter removed smoke instantly, clearing it completely within two minutes. The on-site experiments sparked waves of crowds, with numerous industry experts coming forward to exchange and consult.
