Senior Engineer in Electric Light Source Technology and Management, Director of the Zhejiang Province Lighting Electrical Standardization Technical Committee, Director of the Subcommittee on Lighting Fixture Standardization of Zhejiang Province. Formerly: Factory Director of Hangzhou Bulb Factory, Chairman and General Manager of Hangzhou Lighting Electrical Co., Ltd., Chairman and General Manager of Hangzhou Times Lighting Electrical Co., Ltd., General Manager of Youchang (Hangzhou) Lighting Electrical Co., Ltd., etc. Has long engaged in the technology, production, and management of lighting light sources. Led the team to introduce advanced international electric light source technologies; collaborated with universities and research institutions such as Southeast University to lead the "Ninth Five-Year" National Science and Technology Research Project—Research on Process and Equipment for Low-Power Metal Halide Lamps; Single/dual-end lighting metal halide lamps won the Third Prize of Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award; Low-power metal halide lamp process and research won the Third Prize of Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. Previously received titles including Top Ten Meritorious Figures in Hangzhou Light Industry Technology, Excellent Scientific and Technological Worker, Advanced Individual in the "Ninth Five-Year" National Science and Technology Research Project by the State Light Industry Bureau, and the Hangzhou "May Day" Labor Medal. Participated in the formulation and revision of the national standard for single-end metal halide lamps (Scandium-Sodium series); co-authored papers such as "Preliminary Study on Intrinsic Performance of Low-Power Metal Halide Lamps," "Development and Design of 35W Metal Halide Lamps," and "Analysis of Characteristic Parameters of Metal Halide Lamps," which were presented at the National Electric Light Source Technology Seminar and published in the journal "Lamp & Lighting."
Chaired the release of association standards, including: T/ZALI 0001-2016 "Technical Specification for Interchangeable Key Components of LED Lamps for Road Lighting", T/ZAL I0002-2016 "Technical Specification for Application of Intelligent Control Technology of LED Lamps for Road Lighting", T/ZALI/0003-2018 "Technical Specification for LED Lighting in Medical Buildings", T/ZALI/0004-2018 "Technical Specification for LED Lamps for Road Lighting", T/ZALI 0005—2019 "Specification and Classification of LED Filaments for Lighting", T/ZALI 0006—2019 "Performance Requirements for Integrated LED Filament Lamps for General Lighting", T/ZALI 0007—2019 "Safety Requirements for Dual-End Integrated LED Lamps", T/ZALI 0008—2019 "Performance Requirements for Dual-End Integrated LED Lamps"; among which T/ZAL I0002-2016 "Technical Specification for Application of Intelligent Control Technology of LED Lamps for Road Lighting" was awarded as one of the Hundred Demonstration Group Standards by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
