BOE invests to establish a new digital technology company,

Includes sales of semiconductor lighting devices


Tianyancha APP shows that recently, Zhoukou Yiyun Digital Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Bai Feng as the legal representative, registered capital of 10 million yuan, and business scope including: sales of semiconductor lighting devices; sales of Class II medical devices; operation of Class III medical devices, etc. Tianyancha equity penetration analysis shows that the company is indirectly jointly held by BOE A and others.

Ruiyuan Technology IPO attempts to list on the ChiNext board

Financed 1.5 billion yuan


Following the successful advancement of all 11 companies listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Main Board and ChiNext last week, this week is equally intense, with a total of 6 companies scheduled for review, all of which are advancing to ChiNext.


Among these, Ruiyuan Technology raised the highest amount of funding at 1.5 billion yuan, with CICC acting as its sponsor. The prospectus indicates that Ruiyuan Technology specializes in the R&D, design, packaging/testing, and sales of power management chips, operating under its own brand. Its product portfolio primarily consists of DC-DC chips, while also covering protection chips, charging management chips, LDO chips, LED driver chips, motor driver chips, PMU chips, reset chips, and other series of power management chips. Notably, its DC-DC chips have entered the supply chain systems of numerous high-quality end customers and hold a certain market share in their respective niche segments. As of the reporting period end, the company offers over 1,400 chip models, including more than 450 DC-DC chip models. In 2021, the company achieved a total chip sales volume of 1.875 billion units, with DC-DC chips accounting for 1.108 billion units.


Regarding customer resources, the network communications sector includes ZTE Corporation, Skyworth Digital, TP-Link Technologies, Jiulian Technology, Xinwang Ruijie, Foxconn, etc.; the security monitoring sector includes cooperating clients such as Hikvision and Ezviz; the smart power sector includes partners like Zhixin Micro, Zhongrui Haotian, Dingxin Communications, Winsen Information, etc.; the consumer electronics sector includes partners such as Anker Innovations, Ecovacs Robotics, Shark Ninja, etc.; the smart lighting sector includes partners like Kayao Lighting and China Electronics Hikvision; the industrial control sector includes partners such as Diwen Technology and Dahao Technology, etc.

Ruiyuan Technology plans to publicly issue no more than 14.2 million shares on the ChiNext Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (this issuance does not involve existing shareholders selling their shares, nor does it adopt the over-allotment option). The number of shares issued accounts for not less than 25% of the total share capital after the issuance. It is planned to raise funds of 1,500,183,700 yuan for the "Power Management Chip Upgrade and Industry Project", "R&D Center Construction Project", "Packaging and Testing Center Construction Project" and "Supplementing Working Capital Project".

Jiawei New Energy net profit was approximately 91.35 million yuan in 2022

Signed a 616 million yuan photovoltaic power generation project EPC contract


Jiawei New Energy released its annual performance report on the evening of March 20, stating that revenue in 2022 was approximately 505 million yuan, a year-on-year (YoY) decrease of 12.82%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was approximately 91.35 million yuan, turning from loss to profit compared to the previous year; basic earnings per share were 0.1108 yuan.

The company's core business covers consumer products and industrial applications in the photovoltaic sector, including research, development, manufacturing, and sales of photovoltaic lighting products, investment and operation EPC services for photovoltaic power stations, and operation and maintenance services for new energy power stations. It is committed to becoming a leading domestic provider of comprehensive new energy solutions. It is reported that in the field of photovoltaic consumer products, the company was one of the earliest manufacturers to research and achieve mass production of integrated solar and LED application technologies, with main products including photovoltaic garden lighting, LED lighting, smart home systems, and small photovoltaic panels.


Among them, photovoltaic lawn lights generated revenue of 275 million yuan, accounting for 54.36% of total revenue; LED lighting generated revenue of 109 million yuan, accounting for 21.48% of total revenue.

It is worth mentioning that in 2022, the actual controller of Jiawei New Energy changed to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Yingquan District, Fuyang City. The involvement of the new actual controller will enable long-term cooperation between the local government of Yingquan District, Fuyang City and the listed company. This will not only help strengthen and expand the new energy industry locally, promote local economic transformation and industrial upgrading, but also benefit the listed company by enhancing its long-term financing capabilities and business development capabilities, promoting its long-term healthy and stable development.


In addition, on March 16, Jiawei New Energy also announced that its controlling subsidiary, Jiawei Green Energy, recently signed the "Yuxian Hengping Flat-grid 100 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project EPC Contract" with Yuxian Lufeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (the "Employer"). The provisional total price of the "EPC Contract" is 616 million yuan, with a tax-exclusive total price of approximately 553 million yuan. The contract amount accounts for approximately 106% of the company's audited revenue for the year 2021, and the net contract amount accounts for approximately 95% of the company's audited revenue for the year 2021.
