Chairman He Ye Conducts Research on Lighting Industry Work in Shanghai and Jiangsu

From February 14-17, He Ye, Vice Chairman of the China National Light Industry Federation and Chairman of the China Association of Lighting Industry (CALI), conducted research on the development of the lighting industry in Shanghai and Jiangsu Province. She visited major local lighting production enterprises, testing institutions, luminaire markets, and industry organizations, including OPPLE, Signify, Longten, Yaming, Mingkai, Shanghai Times Lighting, Shanghai CALI, Gaoyou Luminaire Association, Shanghai Quality Inspection Institute, Nuoer Construction, Fama Intelligent, and Liuying Luminaire City, and held discussions and exchanges with relevant units and responsible persons from local governments, enterprises, and industry organizations on topics such as the direction of industry development in the post-pandemic period, the thinking and positioning of enterprise development, and opinions and suggestions on the work of the Association. Secretary-General Wang Zhuo, Director of the Comprehensive Business Department Deng Maolin, and Project Manager of the Exhibition Information Department Xu Jingyuan also participated in the research.

CALI research group holds talks with OPPLE Lighting

The research group visited OPPLE Lighting Co., Ltd., a Vice Chairman unit of the Association, and held exchanges with the company's management, including OPPLE Lighting Chairman Wang Yaohai, Chief Marketing Officer Huang Di, and General Manager of the Road Lighting Business Department Xu Bin, on new problems and features emerging in the current lighting industry. They discussed the challenges and coping methods brought about by the blurring of boundaries between lighting and several related industries, as well as how to further enhance the value of light through correct understanding and application of the concept of healthy light. Chairman He Ye affirmed OPPLE Lighting's achievements in building the domestic demand market and the views it put forward on the high-level development of the industry. She stated that the Association would provide comprehensive services for industry enterprises in terms of quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, brand building, and market expansion. At the same time, she hoped that OPPLE Lighting would actively participate in and support the Association's work, leverage the influence and leading role of an industry-leading enterprise, and through joint efforts in scientific and technological research, standards development, and exhibition activities, implement the goals and tasks of the "Action Plan for Promoting the High-Quality Development of the Home Furnishing Industry" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other ministries. This includes actively leading consumption in the domestic market, fully leveraging the advantages and role of smart lighting in smart homes, and providing leadership and demonstration for the high-quality development of China's lighting industry.

调研组与协会副理事长单位昕诺飞（中国）投资有限公司进行了会见。昕诺飞全球高级副总裁兼东北亚区总裁王昀，大中华区照明设计与应用部总经理姚梦明，标准与法规部亚洲区负责人宿为民，高级经理倪伟与调研组就如何通过高质量的标准化工作促进照明产品品质提升、照明行业绿色低碳发展的任务和举措、现代化企业经营和管理等话题进行了深入的讨论。何烨理事长指出，昕诺飞在中国的发展和投入对中国照明产业的发展壮大起到了积极的引领和示范作用，她对昕诺飞在践行绿色低碳发展理念的前瞻性和已经取得的成效表示赞赏。她表示，协会正在深度围绕双碳战略、国家标准化发展纲要和质量强国建设纲要等国家政策开展行业工作。协会将发挥桥梁和纽带作用，加强与企业、与政府间的沟通合作，帮助企业用好政策红利，在强化自身发展的同时，用更好的标准支撑技术发展，用更好的产品服务市场需求。

中国照协调研组到访龙腾照明

调研组与协会副理事长、龙腾照明总经理官勇，品牌总监范媛莉，行政总监夏国飞进行了座谈。双方就智慧路灯在智慧城市建设中的角色定位以及发展中的重点、痛点等道路照明领域存在的问题进行了交流。何烨理事长表示，龙腾照明是道路照明的龙头企业之一，要积极发挥中国照协智慧路灯专委会秘书处单位的职能和作用，不断延伸照明企业在智慧城市建设产业链中的作用，保持道路照明企业在智慧路灯的生产、施工和应用全链条中所扮演的角色不被替代。她同时希望龙腾照明作为根植于高邮的照明企业，在产品设计、研发制造、生产服务等方面都走在产业前端，成为行业高质量发展的标杆企业，带动提升高邮照明产业集群的品牌效应。

The research group held talks with the main leaders of the Shanghai Lighting Electric Appliance Industry Association as well as the China Lighting Association vice-chairman units Shanghai Yaming Lighting Co., Ltd., Shanghai Mingkai Investment (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Liuying Luminaire Market, and other units. The discussion covered enterprise transformation, the construction of specialized lighting markets, and the development of the Shanghai lighting industry. Zhou Jiangang, President of the Shanghai Lighting Electric Appliance Industry Association, Huang Zhenjun, Secretary-General, and Ling Weihu, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Yaming Lighting Co., Ltd., among others, attended the talks. Chairman He Ye affirmed the leading and exemplary role played by Shanghai's backbone lighting enterprises for the national lighting industry. She stated that she would actively leverage the platform role of the CLITI exhibition to help Shanghai lighting enterprises go global and find more partners. China Lighting Association Research Group Holds Talks with Time Light

The research group visited Shanghai Time Light Lighting Electric Appliance Testing Co., Ltd., a standing council unit of the China Lighting Association, and held discussions with Ji Fei, Party Secretary of the Shanghai Institute of Quality Inspection, and Wang Hu, President of the Institute, on topics including talent team, qualification capabilities, business scope, scientific research and standardization. Accompanied by Yang Yue, General Manager of Shanghai Time Light Lighting Co., Ltd., they toured the LED device and LED luminaire testing laboratories, and engaged in in-depth discussions on the current quality status of reading and writing desk lamps, as well as the technical key points of civil airport lighting fixtures. Chairman He Ye expressed her gratitude to the Shanghai Institute of Quality Inspection for actively carrying out quality standards testing and certification work in the light industry field. She expressed her hope that Shanghai Time Light would leverage its regional geographic advantages, its own professional advantages, and the long-accumulated industry reputation and influence advantages, to cooperate with the association in quality improvement work, jointly carrying out work on enterprise quality management capability enhancement, standards leadership, consumer awareness, and market regulation.

During the research group's visit to Gaoyou, Chairman He Ye held in-depth exchanges with Ma Zhou, Member of the Gaoyou Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the High-tech Zone, Wang Yonghai, Party Member of the Standing Committee of the Gaoyou Municipal People's Congress, and You Zeyong, Chairman of the Gaoyou Lighting Association, on how the government can play a guiding role in industrial clusters and support the high-quality development of the local lighting industry.

On February 17, Chairman He Ye delivered a speech at the annual meeting of the Gaoyou Lighting Association. She expressed high praise and affirmation for the Action Plan for the "Four-Year Industrial Chain Strengthening" of Gaoyou's Smart Lighting Industry (2022-2025) issued by the Gaoyou government, which promotes the transformation and development of the city's lighting industry toward integration, intelligence, and digitalization. She hoped that Gaoyou enterprises would seize the huge market opportunities brought by the construction of smart cities, adhere to technological innovation, improve product quality and core competitiveness, and develop from the low end to the high end of the value chain, with leading backbone enterprises taking the lead in accelerating transformation. She expected governments at all levels to stimulate innovation vitality in clusters, implement targeted policies, specifically consolidate, supplement, and strengthen the industrial chain, and reinforce support for advantageous enterprises and major projects. She also hoped that the Gaoyou Lighting Association could build on the advantages of the cluster, serve as a good advisor and assistant to the government, reflect the demands of enterprises, organize industry exchanges, and promote self-regulatory development. She believed that the Gaoyou lighting industry could achieve intelligent and green transformation, become an advanced industrial cluster with unique features and competitive advantages in China's lighting industry, playing a leading and demonstrative role, and looked forward to the new appearance of "Gaoyou Luminaires" at the CLITI exhibition.

During their stay in Gaoyou, the research group also exchanged views with Yu Yanqiu, Chairman of the Jiangsu Province Lighting Industry Association, and Wang Haibo, Chairman of the Jiangsu Province Lighting Society, on the development of Jiangsu's lighting industry and technological innovation. The research group also visited Gaoyou Nuoer Construction Group Co., Ltd. and Yangzhou Famar Smart Equipment Co., Ltd., among other leading Gaoyou lighting enterprises.
