• JGJ 354-2014《体育建筑电气设计规范》第9.1.4条第1款规定， 观众席和运动场地安全照明的平均水平照度值不应低于20lx。

• GB 55016-2021 "General Code for Building Environment" Article 3.3.11, Clause 2 stipulates that high-risk sports venues' standby lighting illuminance shall not be less than 50% of the general lighting illuminance value of the venue. The same code, Article 3.3.12, Clause 2 further stipulates that the safety lighting horizontal illuminance value of large event venues and spectator seating areas shall not be less than 20lx.

Especially GB 55016 is a mandatory national standard for engineering construction; it must be enforced strictly!
