GB 55016-2021 "General Code for Building Environment" Article 3.3.11, Clause 2 stipulates that high-risk sports venues' standby lighting illuminance shall not be less than 50% of the general lighting illuminance value of the venue. The same code, Article 3.3.12, Clause 2 further stipulates that the safety lighting horizontal illuminance value of large event venues and spectator seating areas shall not be less than 20lx.
