In accordance with relevant regulations such as the "Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Measures for the Administration of Group Standards" by the Standardization Administration of China and the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and the "Procedures for Standard Formulation (Trial)", the group standard "Technical Specification for Indoor Lighting Environment in Kindergartens" has completed the standard development process including project initiation, drafting, solicitation of opinions, and technical review. It was officially released on December 30, 2022, and came into effect on January 15, 2023.
