Yangguang Lighting: Appoints Chen Wei as General Manager; Qi Xiaoming Resigns from Acting General Manager Position

Yangguang Lighting announced on December 9 that the Company held the 16th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors on December 8, which reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Appointment of the Company's General Manager". The meeting agreed to appoint Mr. Chen Wei as the Company's General Manager , with his term of office effective from the date of approval by this Board meeting until the expiration of the 9th Board of Directors.

The resume shows that Mr. Chen Wei has served as General Manager of Shanghai Senenpu Lighting Electric Co., Ltd. since 1999; and as Chairman of Century Sunshine Holding Group Co., Ltd. since 2002. From March 2008 to March 2014, he served as Vice Chairman of the Company, and from April 2014 to present, he has served as Chairman of the Company.

In addition, Yangguang Lighting announced on the same day that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation letter from Mr. Qi Xiaoming, Company Director, Acting General Manager, and Executive Deputy General Manager. Due to work adjustments, Mr. Qi Xiaoming has applied to resign from his positions as Company Director, Acting General Manager, and Executive Deputy General Manager, and accordingly resign from his roles as a member of the various specialized committees under the Board of Directors.

辞职后，齐晓明先生仅担任控股子公司浙江智易物联科技有限公司（“智易物联”）总经理职务。

As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Qi Xiaoming holds 222,600 shares of the company, representing a shareholding ratio of 0.016%.

It is reported that in August 2021, Yangguang Lighting announced its agreement to appoint Mr. QI XIAOMING as the company's Executive Deputy General Manager. In December 2021, it was announced that Qi Xiaoming, the Executive Deputy General Manager, would serve as the acting General Manager of Yangguang Lighting.

Furthermore, to restructure, innovate, and enhance the China market, in June 2021, Yangming Lighting invested in Zhiyi IoT (original shareholder Qi Xiaoming), transferred 100% of the equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Yangming Urban Lighting Engineering Co., Ltd. to Zhiyi IoT, and decided to use Zhiyi IoT as the platform company to operate Yangming Lighting's domestic market business.
