On November 24, the CSRC disclosed the filing report for the initial public offering (IPO) and listing tutoring of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities regarding Fujian Del Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Del Technology).

According to official website data, Del Technology was founded in June 2014. The company is committed to a full-chain layout of the fluorine chemical industry, mainly engaged in the R&D, production, and sales of basic chemical materials, fluorinated electronic gases, semiconductor high-purity reagents, new energy materials, and other multi-series fluorinated new materials. Products are widely used in semiconductor chips, LED chips, flat-panel displays, communication optical fibers, power and energy storage batteries, ultra-high voltage transmission and transformation, and photovoltaic power generation.

It is reported that at the end of 2020, Del Technology launched its first round of external equity financing. The participants were mainly local investment institutions in Fujian, including Xinjiu Investment and Furu Fund. After this round of financing, Del Technology accelerated its pace of external fundraising and attracted participation from many top-tier institutions.

In September this year, Del Technology announced the completion of a 2.036 billion yuan Pre-IPO financing round, led by Anhui Communications Control China Merchants Industry Investment, with participation from Qingchuang Boluo, Meiya Wutong, and others. The post-money valuation reached 17.5 billion yuan.

In recent years, with the sustained surge in popularity of the new materials sector, capital markets have increasingly focused on it. The new materials segment has become a sub-sector with a high volume of new stock issuances.
