Huati Technology: Consortium Wins Bid for 620 Million Yuan Smart Park Infrastructure Construction Project
Huati Technology announced on November 24 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huati Zhicheng System Integration Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huati Zhicheng"), and its participating company, Henan Kehua Smart City Operation Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kehua Smart"), as consortium members and the lead party, have received the "Notice of Award" issued by the tenderer, Zhengzhou Jinshui Science and Education Park Management Committee, for the EPC general contracting project of the smart park infrastructure construction in Zhengzhou Jinshui Science and Education Park.
The scale of this project is the construction of 6,762 smart street light poles, mainly including the construction of 5G multi-functional smart street light poles, installation of intelligent equipment, and management platform development. The winning bid price is approximately RMB 620 million, with a bidding rate of 92% for construction costs and 1.15% for design fees.
The winning bidders are: Henan Kehua Smart City Operation Management Co., Ltd. (leader), Shanghai Engineering Survey and Design Co., Ltd. (consortium member), and Huati Zhicheng System Integration Co., Ltd. (consortium member).
Huati Technology stated that this project will further consolidate the company's leading position in the smart city business sector, have a positive impact on the company's business development and market expansion, and positively influence future performance. Currently, Huati Zhicheng and Kehua Smart City have not yet formally signed relevant contracts with the tenderer; the commencement date remains uncertain, and there are also uncertainties regarding the construction process.
China's first group standard "LED Luminaire UFO High Bay Light" officially released and implemented
Recently, the Shenzhen Lighting and Display Engineering Industry Association released the group standard "LED Luminaire UFO High Bay Light", with standard number T/SLDA 006—2022, officially implemented since October 20, 2022.
The formulation of this standard helps promote the improvement of industrial lighting product quality, continuously deepen the innovation of standardized management, solidly advance the implementation of standardization strategies, accelerate the development of a high-quality development standard system, and uphold the banner of "Made in China, Quality Powerhouse".

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, etc., for UFO high-bay luminaires in the LED luminaire series. It applies to industrial lighting LED high-bay luminaires that are circular or oval in shape. LED high-bay luminaires used in special environments such as high humidity, high temperature, high explosion risk, and dust may refer to this standard for implementation; LED high-bay luminaires applied to local lighting in factory workshops may also refer to this standard.
The formulation of this standard helps guide the standardized design, testing, and production inspection of LED UFO high-bay luminaires, assists enterprises in evaluating product quality levels, enables market customers (consumers) to assess product value, plays a positive role in the economic development of the LED luminaire industry, and promotes standardized, healthy, and orderly market development. The compilation of this standard is necessary and timely.
This standard, from the perspective of advancedness and high quality level, has developed various requirements based on benchmarks that are stricter than National standards (mandatory / recommended) and no lower than similar standards, providing a benchmark for improving product quality. Among them, products that meet the advanced technical indicators within this standard can achieve the advanced detailed requirements of Shenzhen Standard Certification for warehouse lights.
