Total 650 million, tender for five sections of the Shanghai Pudong New Area street light energy saving renovation project

Project Main construction content includes replacing original high-pressure sodium lamps with LED luminaires that meet current specification requirements, synchronously replacing lightning protection junction boxes, installing terminal controllers, replacing high-mast light panels, replacing concrete pole street light arms, and retrofitting street light control cabinets.

Among them, the 'Pudong New Area Street Light Energy Saving Renovation Project Phase 1' construction and installation cost for the section is 109.2365 million yuan , covering areas including ground roads within the Middle Ring Road, the Middle Ring Road itself, Luoshan Elevated Road, Hudong Xincun Subdistrict, Puxing Road Subdistrict, Jinqiao Town (outside the Middle Ring), and Zhangjiang Town (west of the Outer Ring Road and north of Huaxia Middle Road).

"Phase 2 of the Pudong New Area Street Light Energy Saving Renovation Project" has a construction and installation cost of 109.8443 million yuan, covering Gaoqiao Town, Gaodong Town, Gaoxing Town, Caolu Town, Tang Town, the Outer Ring Road (Outer Ring Tunnel to Longdong Elevated Road), Wuzhou Avenue, and Huaxia Elevated Road (Outer Ring Road to Tanghuang Road).

"Phase 3 of the Pudong New Area Street Light Energy Saving Renovation Project" has a construction and installation cost of 103.8847 million yuan. The scope includes Sanlin Town (outside the Middle Ring Road), Dongming Road Subdistrict, Beicai Town (outside the Middle Ring Road), Kangqiao Town, Zhangjiang Town (west of the Outer Ring Road and south of Huaxia Middle Road), Zhoupu Town, Huaxia Elevated Road (Middle Ring Road to Outer Ring Road), Outer Ring Road (Jiyang Road to Huaxia Middle Road), Resort Elevated Road, and Hushu Expressway (Chuan Di Nan River to Toll Station).

'Pudong New Area Street Light Energy Saving Renovation Project, Contract 4' The construction and installation cost for this contract section is 108.8691 million yuan , covering Zhangjiang Town (area east of the Outer Ring Road), Chuansha New Town, Heqing Town, Zhuqiao Town (areas north of S32, G1503, and Xiayan Road), Huaxia Elevated Road (Tanghuang Road to Yingbin Expressway), Hulu Expressway (Outer Ring Road to Chuan Di Nan River), and Yingbin Expressway.

"Phase 5 of the Pudong New Area Street Light Energy Saving Renovation Project" has a construction and installation cost of 107.7754 million CNY , covering Hangtou Town, Xinchang Town, Xuanqiao Town, Huinan Town, Zhujiao Town (areas south of S32, G1503, and Xiayan Road), Laogang Town, and Datuan Town.

The construction period for all five contract sections is 366 days. Regarding bid eligibility, the qualification requirements for the five sections mandate that bidders possess a Grade I or higher professional contracting qualification for urban and road lighting engineering construction. Additionally, consortium bids are not accepted. The deadline for submitting bid documents is December 12, 2022.
