Currently, the raw materials and components of the LED lighting industry have been fully localized, completing the substitution of imported raw materials and components. Additionally, the LED lighting supply chain is long and the industry scale is large; other links can be optimized to mitigate short-term unfavorable factors such as unstable upstream raw material and component supply and price fluctuations. The key to improving production technology for LED lighting raw materials and components lies in simultaneously reducing costs and increasing efficiency through mass production while continuously enhancing product quality. This can be achieved by introducing high-level automated manufacturing technologies such as intelligent manufacturing, quality inspection, and process monitoring.

Seoul Semiconductor is the chair unit of the Optoelectronic Devices Special Committee of the China Association of Lighting Industry. At the China (Shenzhen) Lighting Industry Supply Chain Technology Innovation Exhibition (Booth No.: 2H04), it mainly exhibits products in three fields: outdoor industrial, horticultural lighting, and healthy lighting. In addition to launching full-spectrum LED products and conventional LED products, it will also launch ultra-high luminous efficacy products mainly suitable for outdoor and industrial lighting.
