Course Overview:

With continuous advancement in industry technology, market competition has intensified, the external environment changes rapidly, and personnel costs continue to rise. Digital transformation is the inevitable path for enterprises to achieve victory in complex and changing market competition. Digital transformation is also a major national strategy, already included in the "14th Five-Year Plan", and various supportive policies have been issued at the level of local governments across the country.

However, driving digital transformation, especially in the lighting industry, is by no means easy. The lighting industry is characterized by a large number of enterprises, small individual enterprise sizes, a wide variety of product categories, and short product lifecycles. While digital transformation in the lighting industry is imperative, it is also fraught with difficulties. To assist lighting enterprises in achieving digital transformation, this series of lectures has been specially organized.

This lecture series will begin in October, with two sessions per month.
