Recently, the Shanghai Public Resource Trading Service Platform released the tender announcement for the 2022 Shanghai Road Pole Integration Rectification Project. The project is divided into 10 contract packages with a total investment of 1,562,891,500 RMB . Construction locations cover roads in multiple districts including Huangpu District, Xuhui District, Jing'an District, Hongkou District, Yangpu District, Putuo District, Baoshan District, Minhang District, Changning District, etc.
Project Overview
Tenderer: Shanghai Urban Comprehensive Management Affairs Center (Shanghai Underground Pipeline Inspection Affairs Center)
Construction Period: 540 Calendar Days
Construction content: Demolition of existing poles, abandoned facilities on poles, boxes, foundations, pipelines, handholes, etc.; construction of integrated poles, integrated boxes (integrated power boxes, integrated equipment boxes) and supporting pipelines; construction of road lighting facilities; connection of existing lighting facilities, neighborhood light connections, and underground conversion of street light overhead lines; relocation and connection of various monitoring facilities, traffic signal lights, signs, nameplates, etc. on existing poles; repainting of retained poles and supporting boxes; excavation and temporary repair of carriageways and sidewalks.

Partial qualification requirements: Grade A qualification for municipal industry road engineering; Grade A qualification for geotechnical engineering survey in the survey specialty category; Level 1 or above general contracting qualification for municipal public works construction; consortium bids accepted.
